IMPORTANT NOTICE - PREVENTION OF UNPAID INVOICES

The auction house organising this auction subscribes to the TEMIS Service, enabling it to view and add entries to the TEMIS (auction access restrictions) file.

Participation in the auction constitutes acknowledgement by you that:

  • All unpaid invoices and invoices for which late payment has been made may be entered in the TEMIS (auction access restrictions) file and may restrict your ability to bid in private auctions,
  • important notifications relating to the follow-up to the sale will be sent to you at the email and/or postal address given to the auction house.

If you are entered in the TEMIS (Auction access restrictions) file, the auction house organising the auction may make access to its services conditional upon the use of specific payment methods or guarantees, or deny you access to certain services for which these guarantees cannot be implemented.

The TEMIS (auction access restrictions) file is administered by the firm Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM).
It can be viewed by all auction houses that subscribe to the service.

Your entry will be deleted automatically after a maximum of 24 months if you are onlyentered once, and after a maximum of 36 months if you are entered more than once.

You can find out if you have been entered in the TEMIS (auction access restrictions) file and by which subscriber auction house by writing to Commissaires-priseurs Multimédia, 14 rue des Pyramides, 75001 Paris or [email protected], attaching a copy of an identification document.

To contest the entry of an invoice, once you have received a reply from CPM, you must contact the auction house that entered you in the file so that it can update the information concerning you.

In the event of any problems, you can, if you deem it necessary, make a complaint to CPM, providing all of the details and supporting documents needed to investigate your complaint.
